The Eastern Sierra Council of Governments is a partner in the Eastern Sierra Business Resource Center under the Sierra Jobs First initiative, supporting the delivery of coordinated, on-the-ground services for local entrepreneurs and small businesses. Through catalyst funding, ESCOG helps strengthen regional capacity, close service gaps, and advance inclusive economic development across the rural Eastern Sierra.
